We are developing a Custom Frame for Electric Dirt Bike Frame for Motocross/Supercross/Trail/Enduro Build Projects.
Frame Kit Name - PROLOY

We faced many problems back in 2019 when we first started working on Electric Bikes starting from Sur Ron Light Bee
We never did find what we wanted. Light Bee was too small. Needed more Power and a Bigger Frame.
That's how we started out with our first Electric Project SR6 in 2019 Jan. The plan was to make it bigger and more powerful.

6 Years later in Jan 2025 we are still working on Electric Dirt Bikes trying to make our version on the Electric Bike, based on our preferences. We decided to share our build journey from now on.

We are now working on full-size Dirt Bikes. We feel that converting ICE Dirt Bikes to EVs has many compromises. We like to build our very own dirt bike, even if we just Buy a Stark Varg. But that does quite make us keep awake at night.

We like to build stuff and play around without it because that keeps us awake at night. We love the thrill of making and riding it fast and competing with ICE Dirt bikes in MX and Dirt Track Races.

We would love to share the fun if you too want to build a Custom Dirt Bike and Experiment with it and then you get a custom Frame Fully Fabricated from us for your Projects.

Build Plan-
  • Cr Molly Custom Frame
  • Cr Molly/Aluminium Custom Swingarm
  • Aluminium Subframe
  • Modular Architecture for fitting various Battery, Motor & Controller Configurations
  • Showa or WP full Moto Suspension
  • Target Weight for Project builds 100KG -120KG
  • Wheelbase 1420mm-1500mm
  • 21/18 or 21/19 Wheel Setup
  • Battery Option 21700 up to 400 cells
  • QS Motor Option QS138/QS165/QS180
  • Sotion Motor option FWO3/FW04/FW07/GTS-35
  • Ideal Voltage Architecture 72V/84V/96V/108v/144V
  • Air Cooled or Liquid Cooled Arrangement Option

Are the components like suspension and plastics from from some other production bike?
Looks like plenty of room for battery, but rather squared frame. Have you done stiffness tests?
Yes we done Simulation using ANSYS and will be doing a lot testing on our Test Track

Hello everyone,
I need some help or any suggestions for my controller problem.
So an hour of testing and tuning of my fardriver nd1081000b controller face some issues and I can't find the problem. so here's what happens today. Today I'm finished with my Dirt bike build. And I went to my testing track for my bike first run test. after some normal test run when I'm pushing the bike to its limit it stops working normally, and behaves weird. and here what happens is whenever I start my bike with full throttle it stops without any rolling and showing any error. then i lower the line current and phase current but no luck it still stops. then i try to adjust PID values according to its manual but it's still not working. then i try so many combinations but it didn't solved the problem. And also there is another thing is that, the problem is not happening if i ride the bike at slow speed, but it's jittering so much. Is anyone facing the same type of problem? Any Help or suggestions would be appreciated .🙏🏻

I don't know anything about fardrivers but good luck finding help.
The project is cool :)

If it was working correctly, then failed, it's probably not a setting. It's probably a hardware failure. Could be sensors in the motor (if you weren't running sensorless to start with), or could be connection faults in the phases or sensor lines/power/ground anywhere between controller PCB and the internal motor connections.

Sometimes a battery that's dropped in votlage to very close to the controller LVC will cause the ocntroller to shutdown motor operation when the motor is engaged and loads down the battery enough to sag in voltage below the cutoff.

If the battery voltage recovers, then dips again when the load reapplies, that can cause a stutter.

When I tried to improve the PID settings from my 72680 , I also got different errors when starting with full throttle, and I also made it to go into ovecurrent at full speed. The app always showed what was wrong. Are you shure it is not the BMS cutting power?

I ran into many problems with the Fardriver 108V1000A Mosfet over the current error. We tried many parameter changes but had no luck switching to 3shul CC100.
