Hi All.
I'm new here and came across this forum because getting help from Cyclone is very long and tedious.
I have just installed the Cyclone 650-1200w motor with the Oro twist throttle to my bike. I made up my own mounting cause i didn't like the one they supplied.
Everything sits well and are all in line. the chain and gears runs smooth.
I didn't buy the Cyclone controller because i read that they are huge and very troublesome.and i could get better for cheaper?

Questions??
1 / What external controller would you recommend with my 36v battery?
2 / I have a few 36v 250w, 500w, 1000w controller laying about in my workshop. they all have the regular blue, green, yellow motor wire.
how do i wire the cyclone red, black, white to these blue, green, yellow wires controllers?
3 / would i be able to use the Oro throttle with these other controllers?
4 / i'm guessing the red is possitive? black negative? white???

ps i also have another bike fitted with the Magic pie3 rear hub motor. simply plug and go. takes no more then 15 minutes to fit. it's fitted to my CBoardman comp hybrid. on a flat i could easily get 30-35mph
the problem i'm having is 3 puncture within a week and a cracked carbon fork. Obviously these 700c thin race wheels are not design to hit pot hole at 35mph.
I'm now looking for a 700c fat tyre type bike(crossfire) with front suspension even better full suspension.any rcommendations?
Thanks for your help.

Have a look at the scan on the OP of this thread it's pretty comprehensive.

I'm currently waiting on a 12 fet Lyen edition controller. From what I've read on here and my dealings so far he is a good man to talk to.
