Hi all,

I'm on the final stages on my conversion of a Dahon D7 to electric.

The bike by it self is great it's light, neat and quick folding. One thing though is the lack of suspension.

Changed the original seatpost to a spring based one, i'm happy with that.

The lack of front suspension is annoying. The Dahon Jetstream has very nice front suspension,
does anyone know where i can buy this fork ?

Have you looked into using fat tires? I don't know how wide your tires are, but some argue that a good back up or even primary form of suspension are really fat low psi tires. If you want a really cushy ride from fat tires, some say you can go tubeless with said fat tires and go even lower in PSI.

German A makes the dahon Kinetix Q fork but expensive to replace if you can find them.
20" suspension forks are a niche market so cost a lot. White brothers makes a great 20" fork (at least they used to)

Or as previous poster said white brothers (if you have the money)

If anyone is still interested in this thread, I just found these. May be worth a look for front suspension on folders etc?
