Dead e-scooter Tail G

Hi guys complete noob on e-scooters...I've had the bike for a couple of days and now it's completely dead. I hope it's just that it's out of battery? but there is no response on anything, no beeping, etc.

The green switch is off when i tried to move it to on, there is spark.

When I plug the battery charger, there is a blinking red light, is it charging? How long should I leave it charging for? it's been maybe an 30 minutes charging and when i turn it "on" nothing.

Can someone explain to me the ARS system?

Any help is much appreciated.

When I plug the charger there is a small red blinking light, but so far the bike is just dead even after so many hours plugged in

I know the green button is the ARS if you double click it, the bike keeps going but that hasn't worked for me, I don't even know what the black button is for. I was bringing up the lift and then it just stop working completely, I don't have a voltmeter... thanks!

Buy a cheap digital voltmeter. It is very handy to have. At least you have power if you have a spark. That is one thing you know.

that button is a circuit breaker and the reason it sparks and turns off immediately is because the wiring is shorted inside.
