I just recently picked up a delfast 3.0 with a dead battery. The battery has been nursed back to life and works great. I put it back into the bike and then went to go and the brake light flashes when I give it throttle and it feels underpowered. I also noticed one of the connectors was wrong for the 12v converter. All the connectors up front for the brakes, turn signals and horn have been disconnected. Anyone out there have a wiring diagram for this?

Things like lights and horns usually only have two wires. LEDs have polarity. Black is usually ground. Use a multimeter to determine which wire has voltage when you turn on the lights.

Four of the connectors are exactly the same up front. Also

The battery is charged to 100% bms app connected through bluetooth. This aint my first rodeo. I babied her back with a 60v dc power supply.

The horn should have two wires. If you push the horn button, the voltage on one of the wires should go up relative to ground. Maybe 12V or maybe battery voltage. You can test it with a multimeter. The headlight should have two wires. If you turn on the headlight, the voltage on one of the wires should go up relative to ground. Repeat this process for all four of the connectors until you have identified what each one is for.
