Giant DH Comp with 20s6p NCR18650 17ah, Besttech BMS, Cellman MXUS DD 335rpm, 25 amp infineon controller, EM3EV bag and Kiwi dropouts.
Top speed 65km/h on flat with lots of pedal power.

I could fit 120 cells inside that triangle, no room for more!
The first 20s pack I made for this build was with UR18650Y 1.5ah laptop cells, after a 16km ride the pack was burning hot and two cells in the pack had leaked and were at 0v.
So I took my soldering iron and built another one with newer NCR18650 2.9ah I had. This 17ah pack is still from laptop cells but it's only warm after the same ride. I believe they are 2C cells.

Might be fun to try with a 40A controller.

You have a great looking bike and that picture is absolutely fantastic. I am curious why you could only fit 120 cells in the triangle. Is it a small frame? I am working on my battery box as time allows and I am not sure what size frame I have but it looks like I can fit 140 cells and a BMS in the triangle laid out horizontally and then another 30 on each side vertically for a total of 200. When I get to that stage of the build I'll take some pictures. But I don't think I find scenery like yours around here :(

Good luck with your build. I am jealous of the black DH Comp. I think it is the best looking one they made.
