Hi, im new to the forum
I'm trying to diagnose an issue with my Cortina U1, Bafang FM G320.250.R 15 , with controller CR S10F.350.FC 1.1 (leaving all the IDs so if somebody searches for them they can find it)
The bike started failing some months ago, it only worked if i pressed the pedals very slowly on the first gear (so the front wheel wasn't spinning at all)
The bike repair shop charged me 150 eur to change the pedal sensor, which didn't solve the issue
A month after the repair, the bike stopped working altogether, now not even doing the trick of accelerating slowly.
The Walking assist function always worked, so i discard it is a Motor issue
I changed the controller but no luck, same issue , although i got a newer model CR S10F.350.FC 4.0 , and on this model not even the pedal assist worked
I understand that it can be the hall sensors, but then, why does the pedal assist works without them? the motor shouldn't be able to spin at all without them, right?
The Bike repair shop charges me 500 eur to replace the motor, they claim it might be that, but they also already charged me 150 eur to change the speed sensor that wasn't a problem, so i lost all trust on them.
Any ideas?
