Did anyone used the Alien 120A 3-12S Jet ESC HV

Guys,

I am looking for a reliable ESC for the goped ESR 750 with the Sk3 6374-192kv motor. Mamba Xl2 only works well with under 30V battery. I am currently using a 9S Li-ion 18650 pack.
Did anyone used the Alien 120A 3-12S Jet ESC HV.....or do you know any better option?

Maybe you should try hobbyking's YEP hv esc. Don't have any experiance with them but reviews seem great!

There's not too many options above 6S unless you want to spend at least $250-$350 for an ESC or you don't mind running w/o brakes. Alien would be your best bet IMO.

I'm using turnigy dlux 80A hv esc. Bought two for 150$. They work as they should but the brake is useless like you said.

He did say its for a scooter, so he has mechanical brakes.

yeah, the scooter is about 40 pounds plus another of my 200 pounds. It has to be a strong reliable ESC... I know I can't go wrong with the CC Edge 160 but it is over $225.
Just ordered the 130kv Sensored outrunner from Alienpowersystem and I hope it works with the 6Fet e-bike controller. If it doesn't than I will have to get the CC Edge 160 esc.

Hi guys I bough the TURNIGY Sentilon100A HV 5-12S BESC (Ver4). it has a break its just a hard break. i broke my programing card so my governor mode is always on. so its cruise control all the way. doesnt heat up on 10s set up but my motor gets hot. super easy to program just need the programing card for the governor mode. thx
