Discharge/Charge logging via software

Hey Guys,

I remember a guy showing me a while back that he discharged cells and had it all mapped on his computer (the discharge curve and lots of other data).

My question is, which devices do that? is that a software that is related to a specific device? can cell balancers be connected that way? is that 3 pin connection on my cheap watt meter has something to do with that?

Many of the RC balancing chargers will record (log data) voltage and current for charge/discharge cycles.
Those data files can either be stored in the charger for later analysis, or connected direct to a laptop/pc and analysed using free software such as Logview to generate the tables and graphs etc that you see on here frequently.
The Celllog 8s does similar voltage data logging (but no current) and is handy for real time discharge monitoring on the bike
