Sorry buddy, I did that like 5-10 years ago, imageshack that used to hose the photos was discontinued, I didn't save the photos anywhere else.

We just used some cheap olifin based shrink, but I'm not a shrink expert to tell you what type would be best. Maybe Kynar or something would be best.
