DIYBMS – SOC Not Resetting to 100% Even When Conditions Are Met

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my DIYBMS setup where, although all the conditions for reaching 100% state of charge (SOC) are met, the SOC does not reset to 100%. All other functions appear to be working correctly.

Is there an additional setting or parameter in the interface that I need to configure to ensure the SOC resets properly?

Is it a BMS you designed yourself? If so, we'll need complete information on it in order to figure out what might be the issue.

If it is a BMS you've built based on plans/etc from somewhere else, we'd need links to that information to be able to help.

It's the DIYBMS (Stuart Pittaway) project : stuartpittaway - Overview. I have the latest all in one version with internal INA sensor (on the pcb).
