Last year we ordered several ebike kits from elifebike.com Steven Deng.
Wires too short, wires need different connectors that I must order somewhere else, display connector did not fit and had to solder everything together.
About 2 hours of work per kit to get everything ok.
After a while 4 out of 6 Lifepo4 packs have a bad bms and were not able to power the ebike, I checked each cell and there is huge imbalance, so the bms goes to cutt of mode since one cell is way too low.
I had to send pictures of each pack incl cell voltages and all 4 batteries together, once each customer gave there pack and so I can take a picture, Steven told me I was too late and I will not get a new BMS. Today I am still looking for a new bms so I can sell these batteries
Also I ordered other parts incl shipping and I never got them, when I told him that discussion is getting to long and I will report the situation he refunds me 100 usd for the other parts I did not get, but he still did not help me out with the 4x BMS.
I will never put bad experience of someone on the web as long as they help the customer and find a solution, but this elifebike.com.........be careful !! :
