Uses a Honda 200cc, article claims $4900 price? The video in the link is interesting, can be used as an off-road cargo tractor pulling a trailer (wounded soldier?) Looks like also has a wireless control option. Perhaps also finding a path through a minefield just ahead of a column...

Whow! that looks like a lot of fun, gotta check my credit rating, that would be great if electric or maybe too draining on the batts.

Aixro XR50 wankel motor with electric start = $5,000.00 USD

Hmm. ?....Honda 200cc = 4.5 Kw
... they should have used the Aixro XR50 wankel motor = 34 Kw and half the weight !!

Wow, that sure looks like fun!

I am a fan of Wankels, they remain a frequent choice (with a turbo) for small home-built aircraft. Two plugs per chamber, very compact, high RPM's. However, Wankels are somewhat fuel-thirsty per HP provided (meaning kind-of poor range). I was looking at Wankels awhile back, and I even found a tiny air-cooled one-rotor Wankel that used diesel. It was for a tiny disposable over-the-horizon Navy UAV (video camera, one-way trip in a hostile arena). One clever thing was that it used its fuel as the lubricant instead of having a separate oil system...
