Dual motor set up mountain board question...

Guys,

I am close to finish my mountain board. Components:
- 2 Mamba Xl2 ESC set to 150A (custom set) drawing 52 amps max
- 2 turningy 6374 192 kv motors
- Custom li-Ion 7S with 20 amps battery
- Matrix pro hangers
- Disk brakes
- Front axles motor placement

I am still in process of testing... Now is anyone here that has a similar set up? Could you share your data please...

The motors on my set up spin at different speeds for some reason. I checked the ESC settings and they are all the same. After each ride one motor is warm - pulls 52 amps (870 watts), voltage recorded is 26V the other one is cold pulling 48 amps (720 watts) and max voltage 29V. Both are connected to the same battery. I was expecting to see same results and same data.

Does anyone know what is going on? I have few theories but it is based on speculation....:)

I will post pictures when all is completed. BTW had to run some errands this evening. Decided to use the board just to get the feel of it... Going uphill got stock at the light and I had to stop in front of the cars. Got away from the cars and safely managed to stop at the next light. One of the drivers stopped right next to me saying that I was driving at plus 27 miles/h.

you need to do throttle calibration , you can see how in the controller manual
This problem is known and this calibration will resolve it for you

In addition I think it is much better to connect the two controllers to the same battery (parallel pack)

The ESC's are connected in parallel to the same battery, same with the radio transmitter.

I will research the signal calibration.

Thank you!

I will hopefully get some time and do it tomorrow. I should probably place a new post with all info.

The battery and the transmitter are connected in parallel. I held the throttle on and plug the batteries (initial calibration). The motors are spinning at the same speed but check the info gathered from Mamba Xl 2 graph:

Mamba XL 2 ESC Left Right
Voltage 29.5V 29.4V
Rippple Cur. 0.53V 0.60V
Current 35,1 Amp 29.6 Amp
Watts 810 W 693 W
temp 564.7 564.7
rpm 37121 36920
Amp hour 0.85Ah 0.84Ah

I think this is the closest you can get by numbers. If anyone got better numbers please post the info and how it was achieved.
