Hello all.
Im gonna get the Pedal-A-watt system to charge my gadgets, computer and AA,AAA and 9v batteries while camping on the forest this winter.
For who does not know what is this is just a rack with a motor that creates energy from pedalling.
Im not very experienced on electronics and battery systems but from what i know, the power that i would create pedalling has to be stored in a battery system before charging anything. My question now is: Can i create a similar system to the duracell power pack, what means a battery system than transforms energy so you can plug any electronic device, in my case battery charges and other things to charge, with a LIFEPO battery? Well. Im sure i can, but does anyone nkow what would be a good way to do it?
I was planning on getting a 48v 10ah battery to use in the future with a mac motor attached to my bike. Would this battery be able to do the job? how?
what are the advantages of more or less volt batteries appart from off course more energy (that means miles/speed) considering that i want to use the battery as a power pack when stoping the travel ? Probably a stupid question to must of you but i really have no idea.
