I think your calculation of the current is way off. You need to calibrate it against a known current somehow. why not get a wattmeter that will tell you the current directly?

I forgot about my video: In fact, the video Amp reading is correct because I used more than a foor of wire to calibrate it to:
1 mA = 1 A.

In order to measure 100 Amps DC I am using a multimeter and a 18.75" length of 0.128" Diameter solid copper wire (#8). Not #10.

The voltage drop measured across the wire in mllli-Volts directly equals the current in Amps.

After the test it ran at 18 MPH.
