It's just total crazy.. these controllers suck.. funny how they are labeld " ... suckteam... " :lol:

.. damn thing kicks like and break the front tire loose if the pack is fresh and you are not REALLY leaning foward.. ( me= 185 lbs )
The front motor is comming off.. and i double the power to the rear motor. better.

I can think of 2 reasons 2wd is worth it..
1- a very heavy cargo bike that can cause a single motor to overheat and fail.. 2 motors would distribute the heat and make for a redundant system...
2- if you just had to stick to low power for some reason.. 250w areas... 2 motors could double the power output..
But, on a light weight BMX, and not paying attention to the legal power limits, hey.. it's a toy.. so one 9C motor pushed to it's full potential will make for a better all around ride.

I think 2wd is worth it if you have motors on hand that can only take say 3kw peak and want to run 5kw. you can either buy another motor like the cromotor to handle the 5kw without overheating or have each motor handle 2.5kw and have a reliable system.
