Hi all,
This is my first post so please be understanding ,
Some time ago I started to salvage 18650 batteries from dead/used laptop battery packs,
I have ended up with:
ICR18650 26C - 33pcs
ICR18650 26F - 12pcs
UR18650FM - 44pcs
ICR18650 22F - 14pcs
LGABC21865 - 16pcs
SE US18650GR - 24pcs
Capacities are ranging from 2000-2500 mAh all of them are tested(internal resistance, voltage drop over time and heat output while charging/discharging).
I know that batteries mentioned above are ''ICR" chemistry (LiCoO2) and they are not designed to withstand high current draw but would it be possible to run SK3 6473 192KV /VESC with them (76-80mm wheels with 16/36 ratio )?
I am thinking to make 12S4P pack to lower A draw by giving higher voltage but that means that most likely I will have to mix batteries....
Is it ok or I am begging for trouble?
Thanks!
