Hi,
I am having an issue with my baserunner controller from grin. I have assembled my bike, and had the baserunner working briefly for programming. Then after I went to use it and take it for a test run it would not turn on. The battery is fully changed and outputting 58v (measured). I began going through the controller debugging steps, so testing resistance to the phase wires and continuity between other connections.
Here are my findings:
No resistance from +ve to -ve power teminals
Yes resistance between throttle gnd and +ve power terminal
Resistance between +ve and 3 phase outputs
Resistance between yellow and blue phase, and throttle gnd.
No resistance between green phase and throttle gnd.
No resistance between -ve power terminal and 3 phase outputs
No continuity between throttle gnd and -ve power terminal
Yes continuity between throttle gnd and higo ground.
I think my issue is with -ve power terminal... does anyone have any input or thoughts?
