ECOLOCAP SOLUTIONS INC. RELEASES CNT-BATTERY PRELIMINARY COM

heh, let us be clear about this. if you see something like this when reading your stuff about battery advances, post up.

there is nothing immoral about buying low and selling high. it is just not for us mortals.

that said, if there are people out there who follow stocks, either EV or battery stuff, just start up a thread in general discussions.

i agree with you entirely about looking to supportive stocks, and ideas, avoid the crowd pleasing mega majors.

unless you can participate in the discoveries in separator technology, you can't pick the winners i would expect. but you never know which stock will catch the right wind.

i kinda wish i had followed this before, but was traveling for last 2 months of the year. amazed there were not more people who could see this coming, even on the yahoo board, wow. wonder what happened to all the people who bot the story last fall and got out before the real stuff came out. nothing i can do, i am in call right now. this stock may continue this move higher. imo

OK, all right! :)

So, did you catch what Professor Prieto and her krew are up to at Colorado State University/Clean Energy/Cenergy/Prieto Battery?:

...no public shares to call yet w/Bohemian stepping up to the bat, but last heard from, "real" demonstration of practical(?) miraculous(?) battery tech any time now...

actually i did follow that, and i was right down the road in colorado when it came out. i really do not have much confidence in that work yet and it is already hyped to the max. imo.

but that stuff about using carbon nanotubes as the structure to hold the lithium i think is really significant.

the original stanford paper was built around the use of silicon nanowires because of the conductivity of the doped silicon, and if there is continuity of the lithium on the surface of these nanotube structures, then the internal resistance and charging rates should be meritorious. imo

i think i would have made space in my portfolio for it in the 21 cent range with this report looming myself, which is why i am kinda ticked i let it slip through. if you know how to trade, there could be money to be made before the shorts get hold of it.

i mostly follow oil and gas stocks, that's what i know best. i recently have been building a full position in denbury resources DNR because i feel like the worst of their sales and merger and bad quarter are behind them. yet the stock has turned over since it made a new high recently and i am concerned because the stochastics continue negative from the recent peak move to $16.56, but i think it will turn back up again next week when oil recovers from this slump. DNR has only been affected about 1/2 to 1/4 of the other producers in this recent selloff, but i am in this for the long term now. these people will be pumping the last oil out of the ground produced in this country 60 years from now with their monopoly on the CO2 and the pipelines. the deal with Encore just completed will give them access to the Bakken with their CO2 for the first time(some of us think CO2 will revolutionize the Bakken recovery rates) and that combined with booking huge increases in reserves from the Conroe field and Hastings field aquisitions going into tertiary recovery will be the engine to move it back up to its old highs around 40 by this time next year. all imho.

watch the stochastics and when they turn positive(when the fast line climbs above the slow line), you will only be a day late in getting onto the train.

Allllllrighty then... I'm thinkin' we need an ES Investors Club... we start chipping in $25 a month each via paypal/or whatever? Specialize in EV-related stocks?

I've always thought these folks were a cool idea:

...but USA-only... and ES is much too international for this... If an ES Investment Club devoted a little of its funds to support some of the bright folks on ES and the projects they wish to commercialize?
:)
