ECU ERROR-Generic Chinese E Scooter

Hi My Scooter VLER a Generic Chinese E scooter shows ECU light on Screen and does not operate, I cheacked the mosfets, all hi and low mosfets are not shorted also 5V line also ledgit, I really dont find anything faulty, but ECU light keep flashing,
