Electra Ghost Rider 3i Electric Conversion

I just purchase a used Electra Ghost Rider 3i to convert to electric. I love the look of this bike. I Have purchased a bafang BBSHD mid drive kit from Luna Cycle for the conversion. I noticed however that the bike only has coaster brakes on the rear wheel, the kind that stop you when you pedal backwards. It has no brakes on the front wheel at all, and it does not have the mount For disk or rim brakes. the rear coaster brakes will have to be disconnected after conversion to electric. Does anyone have any ideas on front and rear brake options that might work on this bike. Thanks!

You need to get a new fork with v brake bosses or disc brake mounts, or weld on your own to existing fork.

Also, remember if you want to convert from mid drive to hub, that rear drop out width is going to be narrower then normal.
