Looks like they focus a lot on the torque vectoring! Even during braking, as the merc guy explains at the end, normal car breaks take too much take time to respond, where as electric motor braking is instant!
Too bad they didn't focus much on the 0-60 time as the roadster can do it in less time. But they must have really nailed it with the cars cornering ability tho.

More proof that EVs are going to be the way forward. In the last 100 years of the automobile we have not had the kind of innovation that has been presented in this video. Electric drive is going to change everything. We are probably just at the tip of the iceberg.
Now if only GM or Ford would push the envelope the way Merc as...
