need help on this controller wiring throttle wires and the 3 speed wires there voltage converter the only thing you hook to that is horn? dose the handle bar controls like hor turn signals lights brake light or do the throttle 3 speed switch head lamps switch are the getting 60 volts battery or 20 volt drop from the converter.
