Erider UK model 30 jazz restriction

Hi i have just purchased a model 30 jazz moped UK version and was looking in to the situation on restriction etc.
I have been on the erider forum and asked the question but no replies to date .The bike is restricted but i believe they can be un restricted ,could any one help on the un restricting .Thanks
