Your mission, should you accept... is to modify one on these:

(Or similar...)

Notice anything missing? Me? I'd want to attach a longboard... electric of course. Like one of these (commercially available):

"Standard pistol-grip" power control attached to stroller handlebars... somewhere, such that loss of grip "hits the brakes"...

Notice anything else missing?

NOWHERE for kiddos to pedal. To do stuff like pedal a generator to assist the longboard battery... power other attachments like the bell and the whistle... lights... any lighting system. A heater or cooler to warm stuff up/cool stuff down...

Anyway. Phoenix Ebike Promotions figures to get the young addicted to power-assist at an early age (Hehe...). Wishes to offer area "baby equipment" shops some attachments to "enhance" the experiences of young parents and care givers.

These daze some folks are "experts" at expressing their worst fears and ignorance? So. Watts the "down side" for folks motoring down sidewalks and hitting trails etc at a "jogging pace" pushing junior(s) along?

Anybuddy?

First thing, 16" BMX style wheels to handle a bit of speed and make it so the kiddos don't get jarred when mom runs over a cigarette butt.

^^ `Kay. My first 2-wheeler electric was a standup kick scooter (with extra "kick") rolling on 12" pneumatics. (When extra-thick inner tubes were "hot"). Am thinking though that connection between stroller and skate would also have flex. And don't strollers already have any suspension? Like, EVen some thick padding at least? At least for parent/"care-giver" would add some "non-skid"-type surface to the skate. (And rely on their knees for flex/"suspension".

So. 12" pneumatics OK?

12"ers pneumatics would be a big improvement over what's on there, some sort of bumper system for crash protection might be good, you know how fast those reckless riders oftentimes come winging down the bike path.

^^ "reckless riders oftentimes come winging down the bike path"... Hmmm... Lotta kids in strollers slammed? ... ANY? My current ride a recumbent trike. I DO fly a plastic flag (and yellow plastic DANGER streamers) off a "tall" 5ft. plastic pole... maybe?

Note watt else is missing? Am thinking clear plastic cover over stroller... and adding "thin film" solar cells on top:

Def. gotta add now a DC-DC converter also.

A skateboard on the rear might make it less convenient to some. I would consider making the tail similar to a dog sled, that you can either stand both feet on, one foot standing and the other kicking, or running. Wrist strap cut-off e-brake for safety, phone or tablet holder/charger a must for the modern mom.

Yes a Sulky similar to what big commercial walk behind lawn mowers use where the operator stands on a separate platform which articulates behind the mower might be a good idea.

If someone actually takes this project to fruition I'm willing to ship a case of your favorite beer to anywhere in the US, possibly worldwide.

I think you'd be better off to start with what's cmmonly called a "jogging stroller"
https://www.google.com/search?q=jogging+stroller&num=100&newwindow=1&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiP2qSdi5PaAhVIVWMKHcxoAFgQ_AUICygC&biw=1290&bih=798

Attached is a sampling of some of what comes up, which could be converted with standard ebike kits in some cases, though others might require wheels with specifically single-ended axles, or modifying the frame to add an outer dropout/"stay".

Note that adding a platform to stand on at the rear would require significant alterations to the framework and wheel placement, or else a ballast weight equivalent to the adult pusher, forward of the stroller to ensure no tilting even uphill.

Alternately, as noted above, a separately-articulated platform with it's own wheels could be added.

One possibility is to use a "hoverboard", with a linkage from it's connecting joint between it's halves to the base of the stroller frame, for the "pusher" to stand on, which would also provide the motive power. An additional battery to power the board would be stowed on the stroller itself.

If I still had any of the stroller frames from before the housefire, and any free time, I'd probably try throwing something together just to show an easy way of doing it.

^^ Hehe... Bingo... Watt he said. :) Watt ALL these "vehicles"/most seem to have is a rear axle? So the ES electric Conversion Kit Add-On would maybe need a strong but flexible length of cable/chain/etc to connect the nose/front end of the skate board to the rear axle, to make the ESeCK ("Eek!" for short...) as "generic as possible... maybe... Next up, also to add some pedals so kiddos can get some exercise while regen'ing some electricity, light up lighting, power sound signaling devices, etc. ;)

Three leaf 1500w motors for each wheel on the stroller

Yeah 3 hubmotors on 20" wheels and one of these connected behind, should be an exciting ride.

Hehe... Gents... Think young families... and "affordable"... and also at "sidewalk speeds". "Jogging"... So that Mutt the Dog isn't yanked off his feet by his collar and leash.

Designed by the same people who brought you the ehammer the eshovel and the estroller introducing the eBarrow now with rain cover to keep the little ones dry muffled and safe.

You gotta think of the new "old" econonmy, which is old people, so mobility.
Have your product easily transferable from walking parents with Fido the dog, to old person needing mobility.
