ETWOW Booster S2 dead but no Error message

The scooter can be switched on but throttle and break do not react. As far as i can see it is most likely the controller which has to be exchanged. Maybe somebody can give me a clue which part of the controller can be replaced just to try to fix it.

i have got a new lcd display and it solved the problem. The error was in the LCD which seems to be very frequently the case maybe somebody can tell me which part of the LCD has to be exchanged in case of no error message but brake and throttle do not react. Rear light is off.
