EW 36 48v500W Rebuild

I got an old EW 36 48v500W mobility scooter that didn't run that I am trying to bring back to life. Anyone know what controller this uses? I need one with reverse. Motor has two wires. Checked the throttle, it works. Motor works. All the lights work, just need controller with brake cut-off and reverse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would work any brush 48V controller. Do you have any special requirements about the power output? Do you need anything more than throttle, reverse and motor brake?

Probably the only other thing is key lock. As far as power requirements, 48v 500w but I don't know the amps. These things supposedly go pretty fast and far.
