Fardriver ND72360 - Piracy Controller / Unbound Serial Error

I am facing a severe issue with my Fardriver ND72360 controller. When I turn on the ignition switch, it automatically triggers a "MOSFET High/Low Side Error" exactly 5 seconds later. However, if I turn on the key and immediately give full throttle, the bike runs normally before the error locks it.

When connecting via the official Bluetooth app, the system rejects any parameter modifications and displays these database errors:
- "Please check data format & length: deviceID, SerialNumber"
- "Piracy Controller / Unbound invalid serialnumber"

The MaxPhaseCurr and MaxLineCurr parameters are completely hardlocked at 100A, and I cannot save any new settings. My controller specifications are:
- Model: ND72360_ABH_85
- Factory Serial Number: JSNJ-1240408BKLP8812

It seems like a factory safe-start protection mode or a database sync issue. Has anyone faced this "Piracy / Unbound" error before? How can I bypass or re-flash the firmware to fix this?

I have just flashed my ND721800
I used the fardriver app I already had and downloaded the firmware for my controller from the Internet.
After downloading the firmware I had to click on it and choose "open with" the fardriver App.
Otherwhise the app did not find the firmware.
After that you see the firmware on the communicating Page in the app and you can Flash it.

Fardriver Firmware

There are a lot of versions for different controllers. I have flashed a ND721800.

You have to search for exactly your Version written on the controller.

Use only the File named

ND72360 ABH 85​

I just tried a newer one with my ND721800... ARG 15

Now there is no more access to it.
Time to get a new one.

Hi, I have a question: how do I choose the right firmware, and which version of the software on the phone should I use to flash it?
Upon initial connection, the controller was not a pirated unit.

You've go a OEM Version, so only the manufacturer can tell you which is the one you need, and Fardriver won't answer.

1. So I can just keep riding like this and wait for a fix to come out. 2. Try flashing it blindly and end up bricking the controller. 3. Just throw it away and buy another one.

Choose option 1. It's the cheapest one.

I took option 2 which lead to option 3 and I am now installing a new ND841800.
