Hello, does anyone know if this Fat Tire Kit has threads on the right side of the motor cover so you can install a single speed free-wheel gear?
the product states it is for the front but I would like to put it on the rear. Anyone see any problems

If it states its for the front then no it would not have threads on the plate.
However you could fabricate something up, I was thinking about doing the same for my BMC V1 because I bought a front side cover plate (no threads) then bought rear wheel hubs for it with very large flanges, but I decided I will use it as a front. What you'd do it cut the rear wheel hub so you still have the flange for the spokes and the threads, then the critical part is to center it on the plate.

Thanks, I have built 2 electric bikes. Got the kits from ebay. I was hoping all of them had threds on them for the gear. Never got a front wheel kit yet. I'll keep looking for a fat tire rear kit.
