fattest street tires for 26"

the fattest street tread tires for 26" rims seems to be 4.0". has anyone found any options that are wider without being knobby snow or mud tread?

I've seen that name thrown around before but i didn't include them since it seems like they were discontinued years ago. I've not seen them in stock anywhere.
