Nothing ground breaking here. Standard EM3EV 6T MAC kit, 12FET 3077 and 18.5AH triangle battery. The bicycle is probably a less than usual choice, but using 20" wheels seemed to be the easiest way to get both zippy acceleration and a pretty high top speed. Full tuck gets me 35mph on level ground and the acceleration is brisk. I'll work on getting some more empirical data this week. Wish I could have budgeted in a Cycle Ananlyst, but that will have to wait a month or so.

This definitely wasn't a 30 minute install. I probably took a couple hours just getting it to the "throw the controller in the bag" and let's ride this thing stage. Since then, I've done some refining and will probably be doing more.

Well packaged

Lots of padding is nice.

Frame needed a little spreading. No problem.

Controller zip-tied for now until I decide on a more permanent placement.

Overall I'm happy with it. It feels like a little sport bike. Like you took a Yamaha R6 and left it in the dryer too long. Disc brakes and a bit of front suspension might be a nice addition, but definitely aren't a requirement. I'm just going to ride it awhile and see what happens.

I understand this is a very old thread, hopefully you have email alerts, as I have a lot of questions for you!

Thanks for being there man!

I think that a video of some kind would be dope, but I'm basically nervous about the off the line pull and hill pull.

also concerned about gas tank. You're riding at 48v right? how's the mileage on that?

Sorry, don't have any video and I sold the bike last year.At full speed I could get 25-30 miles. Rode it 50 miles one day with the 22mph limit on and some pedaling. Torque off the line was great and hills were no problem, but it's pretty flat around here.
