So I have this QS Motor 3000W 138 70H mid drive motor, but somehow I managed to bend the shaft?

Is it possible to repair this by fabricating a new shaft, or might it be a lost course.

I believe the "shaft" is press fitted?, so I guess I wouldn't even be able to get it out without using proper tools?

Thanks in advanced.

Yep. Proper 20 ton press, proper steel grade, proper machining, new bearings... Not a very complicated job, but if you can’t do it yourself and have it done by professionals, it could cost near the price of the new motor.

Welding won't cut it?
Then there is balancing, tough.

I remember doing such things to the little slot car motors when I was a kid. But not just that they were small, they were CHEAP. Probably put together much the same way I was working on them at the time. And probably less visible I did something wrong as when you get stuck somewhere 5 miles from home.

The motors cost so much for your bike so they would be reliable. Or should be anyway.
