Forklift Battery Reconditioning

Hi,
I live in Montgomeryville, PA and have a Yale Forklift that uses a 12-85-13, 24 V type battery. The forklift has not been used for 2 years and currently the battery shows 8 V and is not charging. So is there a way if I can get the battery reconditioned or does anyone know who can recondition my forklift batteries in the US?
Please suggest and advice.

They are some kind of SLA (sealed lead acid)?

If so they are probably shot and need replacing, if they don’t hold a charge any ‘refurbishment’ is likely to be pretty temporary

I supposed you could try a 12 volt de-sulphating charger, and if the voltage climbs to 13 volts, switch to the normal charger.
