There are many apartment units that get rented out by airmen over here. As soon as they receive new orders, many of them have to pack up whatever they can and get moved ASAP. This particular bike came without a seat and was missing the battery. But everything else on it seemed relatively intact. I went to the website to get some product and parts specs on it before commencing any further funds and work into it.
The bike is listed as having a 300W brushless hub motor and utilizes a 24V battery, SLA battery. The bike doesn't appear to be that old, but the Bafang setup on my Catrike seems to be more advanced than whatever this thing is.
So, being that a controller(if that was why this thing was kicked to the curb) and battery will come out costing me about $250 altogether, does anyone here have any experiencing riding one of these? Did it perform quite well? All the usual reliability questions.13679930_10210562946216926_234790789454464434_o.jpg

Sweet find. You can buy a cheap 36v brushless controller for like $25 and a 10s Lithium battery for a few hundred and be riding in style for cheap money.

For comfort reasons I suggest a seat! :)

Yep. Definitely looking at some parts on the go-to, Luna cycles site to resurrect this find. My Catrike is my main ride, but this thing is ultimately for some other guy I know that's having trouble pedaling a normal, unpowered bike.

I actually just bought a battery from Luna...Should be coming in mid next week. My first purchase from them

Nice find - you know the saying; someones trash is someone else's treasure!
