Frankenrunner incompatible controller device connected

Hi,

My frankenrunner and gmac 10t setup is not working. Now when I try to connect it tells me that:

Incompatible controller device detected. The Phaserunner Suite only works with devices that have the Phaserunner hardware modifications and customized firmware. For configuration of 3rd party ASI based controllers, please contact the vendor from which vou purchased the device for appropriate support software.

Error code: DOOD 0001 172B 172B 0C9B 089

Anyone had this before?

I tried bot phaserunner suite 1.4 / and the newest one

Maybe you need to select a different communications port in the drop down? It could be trying to talk to something else plugged into your computer. I've used the Android app before for my Baserunner as well. So worst case could try that next, maybe.

What happened between the time it was working, and the time it stopped working?

Very strange, can you please try to connect the controller in the Phaserunner Suite and then go to the Dev Screen and copy paste all messages.
