Front 'motor' wheel technical issue

Unfortunately the front wheel (containing the motor) of my electric scooter is very very stiff & it's even hard 2 push too & then when U push down on the accelerator the scooter doesn't even move at all except when all of a sudden the front wheel will jolt forwards a fraction & sometimes even backwards a fraction too & then sometimes this word "Err" will pop up on the display too so please could U please help me fix this current problem please

Sounds like a short in the phases of the motor. This could be the motor itself, the wires between the motor and controller, or the controller. If you unplug the motor from the controller and the wheel then rolls normally, it's probably the controller that has failed. If the wheel still doesn't roll normally, then the motor itself has probably failed inside.
