Anyway, that's insurance in a nutshell and before 9/11 policies nearly always covered terrorism because the risk was seen as remote. Also, 9/11 for a few billion in insurance money? Good luck...9/11 stepped on SO many other people's toes, including much more powerful economic interests, that not only would that not have gone over as planned but also the dude would have been found out immediately.
