Giant Trance 4 Modified BBSHD 74V 50A 50MPH

Just thought of something, make sure that you adjust your CA V3 to trim out the dead spots on the new throttle. You might be able to squeeze more speed out of the 15S even

Yeah I noticed that theres a dead spot at only when I start to twist. I already set the min voltage input lower so the throttle responds sooner

Check the top end too! It could be cutting off your max throttle input.

It's fine, hitting 99 Percent throttle.

Top speed run on 20s.

Mid Range and Top end power is incredible compared to the yescomusa kit. Gained about a 3-4mph over the yescomusa kit and much more torque as well.

Going to put up a video in a few days. Still getting use to the torque and power of this Crystalyte, definately a huge jump in power compared to the yescomusa motor.

Touring around town, first video of the Crystalyte HS3540 didn't push it because it was 80F+

Thanks TomTom, the batteries seem to get better and better with use! Top speed so far.

Only .5mph from 50mph! Would have probably made it with a full charge, and more air in the rear tire. I only had 25psi :(

I always paralle charge with balance. Even after a month and about 50 cycles. The internal resistance is very low 0.7 for all 8 packs, they perform like new.

Once I get my temp sensor working I can tell you, but 35mph continuous the motor gets warm. Over 40mph the motor will get hot eventually, so I recommend only bursts of 40mph+.

Overall, the motor sheds heat well.

This is my 50mph electric bike

Nice Bike man. Hows the range on your battery?

Range is good, 18 mile range going 30mph. I'm doing constant bursts up to 40mph+ then my range is about 12-14 miles.
Over 50 mile range at 20mph with pedalling.

10AH

]I used to run a 2008 Specialized stump jumper full suspension, lock out shocks ect, with a seatpost pack. Ping 48v 20a. Never felt right certainly wouldn't take it off road. Now I only ride mid frame battery (Even Hardtails are awesome) or backpack setups. Just feels right. I like your setup and speed ect, keep up the strong work! I also have a Phasor frame in the works with big battery and a Crown motor TC80.

Thanks, I take calculated risks but I am defensive rider so I'm always looking for exits and check my rear mirror every few seconds. I have Shimano Zee Hydraulic Quad Piston in the front and Shimano Saint Dual piston hydraulic in the rear.
