headache battery problem

i'm turning silly with my batt....
LiFePo4 2P16P prismatic one from chinese receler.....
here is the facts......
voltage beetween B- and B+ is good around 52.5v and each cell's voltage is corrrect....
when noload connected voltage beetween P-(output BMS) and B+ is correct (52.2v) but once any load connected (even a little one like watt's up) the output BMS voltage shuts down to 2.5v while battery output volatge and each cell's voltage remainbs good
i have changed three times BMS by new energy transfert ones from ecity power , brand new , and eatch time the same thing
and it's not the first batt to get this trouble , do anyone has any explanation , a rationnal one......

i also had a similar problem. it turned out that one string of cells were defective. that's why the BMS shuts down.
check all your cell voltages.

in fact it was really a bms issue , after the third one i works perfectly!
the two first one were energy transfert BMS brand new fom ecitypower......... :?
