Am using regular scissors for years and while it works well, it destroys the blades pretty fast.
Am looking for a quality scissors that will withstand cutting 0.15mm nickel everyday.
* Not into the ones with the little grooves/teeth that don't provide a smooth cut and not for heavy duty sheet metal cutters, only scissors but more beafy.

My German mum used to have these big old shears all single-piece steel no plastic

that easily separated with an offset twist lock design at the fulcrum, super simple.

They got given to the knife sharpener guy used to come through the neighborhood every few weeks.

Also, check out shears designed for cutting up whole chickens.

Not just German, Japan and Sweden still make good stuff. Sheffield maybe not so much anymore?
