Hello everyone , lease I have this 1300w Uber scoot which is refusing to move when I turn the throttle .it was working alright this morning .I parked it some where for few hours because I needed to get some things and now it is refusing to move .when I turn the throttle ,it makes the attempt to move but stops moving .could some one kindly help me fix it ? I'm reaching out to you from West Africa,Ghana .

Is the battery stil charged?
Are any of the wires or other parts disconnected, broken, or otherwise damaged?
Did it get rained on, knocked over, etc?
When you turn the throttle, exactly what happens that is different from normal, other than it not moving?
Does it have lights or a display that are turning on and working normally? Do these stay on and keep working normally as you turn the throttle?
Does the motor wheel turn if you lift it off the ground and turn the throttle?
