I need a strong engine to haul kids and goods in a hilly area
Wattage don't matter, looking for high NM
The easiest would be hub engine, but if someone have put mid engine on this bike or a similar frame i am interested to go that route.

ATM 36 volt 6 pin system
Battery 36V 11600mAh/417.6Wh
Dapu control box with Dapu LCD (broken from a short circuit)
Bafang 250 w hub engine (effected by the short circuit)
Mechanic disc brake front, rim brake rear
Rear 6 speed Shimano SIS
Bike is 55 kg (121 pounds)
Cargo loading is 100 kg (220 pounds) and rider 100 kg (220 Pounds)
20 inch wheel front 24 inch rear.

I have refurbished the bike recently with new parts and a new box. It is a project i want to finish! Might do some welding to fit a mid engine but i rather keep it intact.
Really grateful for any info from people that have worked on this (or similar frame) so please post threads or web pages that i might have missed during my deep dive.
I would appreciate not to get new bike suggestions or a random kit from amazon/aliexpress that you or no one you know have tried (for a longer period)
