Help with DVT sevcon software

Hi!

I'm in a project in my university, and we design and build an electric motorbike.

I have problems with DVT software.

This morning I had a lot of errors

I try to reinstall the DVT but is not working. When I try to instal, the program can not download the TCL. I instal TCL 8.5.18 but is not working...

Do you have a more updated software version?

I have the 13.9

All those cheap secondhand Sevcons out there for sale

are from people (many of them very smart & experienced engineer level) who have just given up and swear never to touch them again.

If you can find a trained & experienced tech / authorised dealer willing to help you

be very happy, and prepared to pay through the nose.

As a side benefit they will likely bundle the current software in your contract, and allow you to renew the licence every year.

ASI BAC nearly as bad a situation.
