Hi, i'm new here and now i making my first e-longboard, i think i have all the components that i need. (Aline dual 150A ESC, Dual 270kv motors from alien too, enertion propulsion kit to fix the motors to the table in a doble rear motor combination, 2 zippy 8.000 mha batteris 11.1V (They will be in series), wiireciber and nuncktuck from torqueboard and one Rayne killswich with calliber 50 trucks and a preetty good desing for the box in a plexiglass.

Now i'm concerned about how i wire all this things because the bateries and ESC will come with 5.5mm bullet connectors.

I want a charger port and connect all thinkgs it without soldering if i can.

Do you know how to do it? What wires i need? Where i can buy it?

All tipes of help will be apreciated.

You will need to solder at some point... so get a soldering iron.

Also you will need connectors. And some additional wire and heat shrink is good to have.

Anyway here is a picture, it might get you started with your wiring.

Hi, onloop really thx for your answer, it helps a lot.

I have a few questions and maybe you can help me.

Why you change connector to xt60? and dont just use and extencion of 5.5mm bullet?

What is de functionality of xt90 key and antispark?

Where do you buy that 5.5mm wire?

Thanks for all!

Use the XT60. I prefer using EC5 for the kill switch. It's much easier to pull apart versus the XT60 plugs. It also allows you to mount your kill switch and/or EC5 plug on the side of your enclosure and you can secure it there and easily plug and plug out. You can see the other side loops which allows it so when you plug in the loop key it allows current to flow through the system which enables your board to power on. With it disconnected there is no power flowing so it is completely off.

I use 5.5mm bullets for almost everything else.

The XT90/XT60 are similar one just can handle 90 amps and the other 60 amps. We typically use it as a main kill switch and/or loop key is what you can also call it. It turns your system off and is a budget friendly option for an on/off switch or kill switch. You can also use EC5 which I mentioned which I prefer as it's much easier to pull apart while still remaining snug inside the opposite end connector.

You can buy all your RC parts from HobbyKing and/or eBay. HobbyKing seems to be the cheapest. Hope this helps.
