to start with finish drinking whatever your drinking then have a nap to sleep it off. when you wake up have a coffee then come back and try typing something we can read. sounds like motor combo is wrong

You have the wrong color combination for halls and phase. Since you don’t say the motor model, I can only give you a procedure:
Begin with...
Swap green and blue phase
Swap blue and yellow halls
If it doesn’t work, try the opposite:
Green-blue halls
Blue-yellow phase
If it doesn’t work, try another combo:
Swap green and yellow phase
Swap green and yellow halls
Etc...
If you get to have it work backward, swap any two (only two) of the phases and don’t touch them anymore. Then try each of the 3 possible halls combo until it does spin forward.
