My 3 choices based on cost/price, capacity and discharge. I am just a n00b figuring this out!
#1 (Price) - 29E - 3.7V 2.9Ah 10Acont 204e ($287cdn) for 80 cells 12Ah 74V 40Acont - 20S4P
#2 (Capacity) - MJ1 - 3.6V 3.5Ah 10Acont 261e ($367cdn) for 60 cells 10.5Ah 72V 30Acont - 20S3P
#3 (Discharge) - 25R - 3.6V 2.5Ah 20Acont 288e ($406cdn) for 80 cells 10Ah 72V 80Acont - 20S4P
** All are 1-2 weeks delivery time. ** add 27euros ($38cdn) for s/h **

High Capacity vs High Discharge vs Price?
Please tell me if this is a good plan.
Im setting out to run roughly ~10Ah with 30A or 40A discharge then add (by spot welding) onto it to make it a ~15Ah pack 40A or 50A. Depending on the cell chosen. Either 29E or MJ1.
The dilemma is with the 30A (MJ1) and 40A (29E) pack discharge with my 18fet 65A, mxus3000w, but my 18fet was set at a default of 40A and I liked it with the RC Lipo HK Hardcase 4S. Now that I can program the controller, I can set it to 65A or higher with mods, later after I get another parallel string in or 2 on the 29E/MJ1.
For an ebike running @ 40Acont. (default) its 0.67 (0.22C) per cell for MJ1 and 1A (0.34C) for 29E and 0.52A (0.2C) for the 25r.
For an ebike running @ 60Acont. its 1A (0.33C) per cell for MJ1 and 1.5A (0.52C) for 29E and 0.8A (0.32C) for the 25r.
** All very good levels for maximum cycles **
I have not figured out the size of all 60-80 batteries yet, but I know where I am putting them.

I still have the case.
With my old RC Lipo, I had 15Ah which was good, reconfigured to 20Ah pack was the best. I could go far, climb a few really steep hills with a run-up and pedalling.
So I think that is my goal to build up to a final pack of 15Ah in the MJ1 or 29E. Then for times when I am running low on juice, I can have a seperate un-connected pack of 10Ah with perhaps the 25r for more kick. When I run out of juice on the first pack, I can just start heading back to the train station and head home.
Or I can carry a 5 amp (0.5C) opportunity charger and chillax at a Starbucks. Depending on its size of course. Would be nice to find a cheap, compact one.
Do I have to be careful in purchasing a charger, with the difference in voltage 72V(25R and MJ1) and 74V(29E)?
I'd have no problem buying from these guys, a 20S
