Himiway Cruiser Controller Upgrade

Hello, I'd like to upgrade my Himiway Cruiser to a controller with adjustable power levels. Can anyone recommend a suitable controller, preferably one with a display? Here's a photo of the existing controller. The motor connection cable only has 3 pins.

Has the motor been modified? Those bikes usually come with bafang geared hub motors that are sensored. Can you post a pic of the actual motor connector? It may appear to be only 3 pins, but there may be several smaller pins as well.

You're right, I obviously need new glasses.
There are 6 small pins left. So, 9 pins in total.
The plug looks exactly like the one in your photo.

That makes it a little easier, but it would be good to post pics of the connectors and wires from your controller (unless you’re going to do soldering/crimping to swap out connectors). I’m assuming you want to retain the throttle and PAS functions, but if there are other accessories the stock controller connects to (e.g. lights, etc.) that would be good info as well. There is a branch of the EBiCS firmware for the JYT controllers, so a simple firmware update may give you a fully adjustable system

Here are some pictures. There's a PAS sensor, lights, a brake light switch, and a throttle grip.
If other connectors need to be soldered, that wouldn't be a problem.

Hi, habe mich in dem Forum auch schon ein bisschen eingelesen und bin auch auf dein Lishui-Projekt gestoßen. Es juckt mir schon in den Fingern das auszuprobieren. Allerdings wird das Rad täglich für den Weg zur Arbeit genutzt und ich habe Sorge, dass wenn es nicht klappt mit dem flashen das Rad nicht mehr fâhrt. Deshalb Plan B evtl. ein passender Alternativ-Controller?
Kann man den JYT auch über den Display-Anschluss flashen?

habe nun Mal den Controller aufgeschraubt und ein paar Fotos gemacht. Kann allerdings nicht den stm32 entdecken.
Ist der lose Stecker der Programmieranschluss?
