I could go in for $150, should get about 10% of the stock in the new company we start, right?

Let's see, buy it lock, stock, and barrel for $1500, we should be able to piece out about half the equipment for $2 mil (33% of retail, maybe we could get Woot to turn it for us) for working capital, turn that half of the building into a basketball court, and we could put together a respectable (well, maybe not quite respectable) shop. I'll get started in earnest looking into lithium purification and battery chemistry.

Anyone have a friend in Chile?
