Down here , If such a car was available on lease ( none are!) its a fair bet it would cost well north of $500 month ! ..+ extras !

FWIW, I did the math comparing 3 year total cost to lease and run (save for liability and comprehensive insurance) a Fit EV vs. a comparable Fit Sport with Navigation.

Total 3 year cost for the Fit EV: $10,702. Total 3 year cost for the gasoline Fit: $16,739.
